N'Djamena, November 29, 2011: "Centre d'appareillage et de reeducation de Kabalaye" (Center for Equipment and rehabilitation in Kabalaye), in N'Djamena, where physically handicapped people can get free care, rehabilitation therapies and prosthesis . Two days a week are reserved for Polio patients. Chad has had the highest number of polio cases in Africa in 2010 and again in 2011.
